Coming off two injury-plagued seasons, starting pitcher Chien-Ming Wang agreed to a deal with the Washington Nationals.

The two-time 19 game winner could be somewhat useful for fantasy owners if he ever returns to form. Some of those wins could have been attributed to playing for a superior New York Yankees team. Moving to Washington will not help his win numbers.

Don't expect much from Wang this season but keep him in mind for spot-starts throughout the season.

Wang should be able to make the Nationals' starting rotation so the innings will be there to start the season.
