Continuing the countdown to Spring Training, FantasyJuice's experts have independently ranked their top 80 starting pitchers heading into Spring of 2009.

Johan Santana is still the number one pitcher heading into the 2009 season. He is consistantly going in the second round in many mock drafts.

Tim Lincecum surprised many with his numorous quality starts in 2008. He looks to improve on his Cy Young performance last season.

After a trade to the Milwaukee Brewers, C.C. Sabathia dominated National League hitters and now plays for the New York Yankees.

Erik Bedard, Yovani Gallardo, and Chris Young vary in the rankings due to injury in 2008.
