The signed starting pitcher to a five-year, $85 million deal yesterday.
Lackey spent last season with the where he won 11 games with 139 Ks, 3.83 ERA, and 1.27 WHIP in 27 starts.
Though Lackey has been solid the last five seasons, he still is an injury concern after missing parts of the last two seasons.
There are some concerns over Lackey's career performances at Fenway Park. He has a 5.75 ERA and 1.66 WHIP in Fenway but that was as a visitor. Look for him to shake his Fenway jitters.
His 2010 season should be on par with his career numbers but look for a possible 18-20 win season.
