The 27-year-old Belisle went 8-9 with a 5.32 ERA in 30 starts last season. The Reds are wide open in their rotation with only Aaron Harang and Bronson Arroyo with guaranteed starting spots.
Belisle pitched a career-high 177 2-3 innings last season. He would get paid an additional $25,000 bonus for reaching 175, 185, 200 and 210 innings.
