Angel's starting pitcher Kelvim Escobar has revealed that he has a tear in his pitching shoulder which might require surgery.
Escobar was an 18 game winner last year with Los Angeles and looked to continue his success this year. He had been having shoulder issues since last season.
Escobar didn't sound too hopeful with his prospects this season, even going as far as saying he might be done for his career.
The Angels are without John Lackey to start the season as well. Their once bright rotation is thinning by the day.
Look to the Angels to bring up young pitchers from the minors including Nick Adenhart, a future stud.
